Chad & Presidio County Flooding

Well Chad just called and said that while they (Chad, George, and Dustin) were making supper at the 'camp', they received a call to get the boats and head out!
The water is continuing to rise in Presidio County due to the levee issues along the border (NOT even due to Hurricane IKE). Since I am not there I really don't know how bad it is...just the little bits and pieces that Chad is able to give me while we're on the phone.
I'm glad that he is getting to do something while he is there I just pray for his and the others safety.
I also hope that he gets to come home very soon and HOPEFULLY is able to leave on Wednesday for our trip back East!
I want this soooo bad! But the answer is still 'no'. We're waiting on a call or email to let us know of any changes...but as of now, there are none. Not only do I not want to loose hundreds of dollars, but I want this time with him!!!
There is so much going on now with IKE and other flooding issues along the border...I can only pray that things will work out!
