I'm sure as a kid I went with my dad but never as an adult or even teenager; crazy, hu!
Chad & I have lots of things that we enjoy doing together but I'm glad to say that I can now add fishing to the list!
Now don't get me wrong I got super sad when we bought the minnows from the gas station; they were sitting in the water and air inflated bag just screaming for me to release them! They knew what was coming!
Chad could tell that I was upset and couldn't believe I actually felt like this so he reassured me that they would not be eaten by the fish we would catch but that they would now get to go swim in larger waters. ...OKAY! =)
We went to a "fish house" and enjoyed the night casting and catching!
Neither one of us caught a keeper but I don't want a keeper because then that means I'm killing it!
I'm happy to catch my little fish and release them back, that's my kind of fishing!
I am glad to say that I enjoyed our fishing trip and I hope to go back soon!
