I will forever remember our very first Christmas morning together. Chad and I woke up to find that Santa indeed did find our house! We also noticed that he skipped on the Silk milk that we left with his cookies and opted for a Dr. Pepper instead; good choice!
Kylan was standing in his crib when we walked in his room and we gave him two presents to open. He was excited! Presents in bed?!?! SWEET! He got a new pair of Christmas day pj's and a Christmas book. We changed his clothes and headed straight to the tree. It was entirely too cute to see him crawl from his room to his presents under the tree in the living room; how did he know?!?
It was pure joy in the West house Christmas morning. We took lots of pictures, opened many presents, had a great breakfast, watched the parade, but most importantly....we took in EVERY SINGLE moment that day. It was honestly a day focused on love, focused on giving, focused on quality time with the 2 most important people in my life. It was one of our best days together yet.
