I've been searching for a book about stress. Yes, stress! I sometimes get overwhelmed with all that surrounds me (and others) and so I was super excited to see this book featured on Barnes & Nobles clearance rack...PERFECT!
Hopefully this can help destress my thoughts, because most of the things I stress about are either NOT in my control (so why stress) or are things that I can totally handle but still seem to worry about. Why do I do this to myself?!?!? I think it's genetic! =)
