Happy Birthday

Today, I would've loved the opportunity to actually celebrate my dad's 50th birthday! ...A day of golfing, eating Mexican food, and riding around in the truck would've just been perfect! I'm sure God is a much better party planner than me so I'm sure it was a birthday nothing short of miraculous. Can you imagine celebrating your birthday with the creator? Amazing!
Today had its ups and downs (sadness, work stress...etc...etc) but my precious daddy was on my heart all day & I would've enjoyed nothing more than just spending the day with him. 19 birthdays with him was just not enough!
From home to Heaven...HAPPY BIRTHDAY DADDY...I Love You...I Miss You...and I still do everything as if you're here watching from around the corner; cause I remember you said that you always are!

Chad & I met on a blind date and were engaged just 9 short months later and married 5 months after that. It was just the 2 of us during the first 6 years of our marriage and we soaked up every second of it. We decided it was time to expand our family and God gave us the biggest blessing ever! Kylan is the complete joy in our lives and we are head over heels in love with him. Our life, just the 3 of us, is all that we ever dreamed it would be. He is our firstborn and may just be our "only borne", ha...who knows! We're glad that you're here on our blog and hope that you will follow us along this journey of...THE BEST OF THE WEST!
