My Letter to Baby (written 11.07.11):

Our dreams have absolutely come true! I told your dad as we were sitting in the waiting room at Dr. Berry's office for our anatomical sonogram that it was the 7th and definitely our lucky day. Sure enough mom was right! We have been waiting for this appointment and sonogram since we found out we were expecting and you did not disappoint. Kylan we have talked about you and dreamed about you for many, many years. We named you over 5 years ago and I am so blessed to be your mom. God definitely is fulfilling our dreams through you and I am overjoyed that you will forever be our little boy. I couldn't believe it when they told us you were a boy...of course I had them double check. Yes, I could celebrate!!! I squeezed your daddy's hand so hard and I had no words...just happy, joyful, thankful tears! You are what we've always hoped for, what I spent many nights praying for, and the child that I know God created for us to raise and love forever. Your dad is so happy and beaming with pride. We can't wait to share the good news with everyone, but we're waiting so they can see you with their own loving eyes at the sonogram we have scheduled for our family on Saturday. You are definitely momma's little boy and daddy's pride and joy already. We love you dearly. Thank you for blessing our lives with joy like I've never felt before.
