So the biggest dilemma (
not even a true dilemma) around here regarding Kylan's nursery is the subject of a changing table. I am not a fan of the normal baby furniture sets so I knew I didn't want a standard "changing table", if I even wanted one at all. Chad insisted on having a changing table and didn't, honestly, like my idea of using a cedar chest as a place to change those wonderfully littered diapers. I understand his argument (the cedar chest is too low) so I was in complete agreement to get something a little taller if he was truly planning on changing diapers. HAHA! =) We started the search for the perfect piece and then I found it! I was worried the hubs would be unsure about it but thankfully I was in luck...he liked it...we slept on it....and today we purchased it! It's actually a sideboard from IKEA. It's gray (perfect for our nursery color scheme). It has 2 doors with shelving (and a lock...YEA!). The lines match the lines of our crib and rocking chair. It's not too tall. It's not too short. It's just right! I am so excited! We are planning on putting it together tomorrow...YAY!!!!!!!! I love the hubs. I love the way we always try to please each other (yes even when it comes to the subject of changing tables). =) I love knowing that Kylan will grow up in a home where his parents are in love and truly do all that they can to make each other happy.
Are we blessed? TO SAY THE LEAST!
...Now back to the subject of the hubs changing diapers... =))))))
Isala Sideboard (appears somewhat white on my computer, it is actually a dark gray)
