Kylan was born on April 9th, we came home on the 11th, my mom stayed with us until the 14th, KK came to visit for a couple of days, and then the West and Ward clan were back just a few short days later for a quick trip. It was a busy month to say the least! ...Getting to know our baby, doctor appointments, settling in to a routine, visiting with family, and sleep...we can't forget sleep! & when we're not busy with all of the above we're either feeding, washing, or changing! I've never washed so many bottles in my life; in fact I've never washed a bottle until now and now I feel like I could do it with my eyes closed in record time! Diapers...no problemo, those things come off as soon as they go on, so changing has also become second nature! I think Chad & I are getting this parenting thing down! ;)
Kylan is a true joy! I love his kisses when he tries to suck my nose off (HA!). I love his little cry when he is restless! I love his eyes and the way he looks around! I love his "little piggy" noises! I love the way he can make just a plain onesie super cute! I love my little man so much! God has truly blessed us with the most perfect baby boy!
April, you were so good to us and you are by far our most favorite month! Just a blur...but the MOST AWESOME blur ever!
