2 Month Well Check

Today Kylan met his new pediatrician, Dr. Austin.  Dr. Austin is with ETMC First Physicians in Tyler.  As much as we hated to leave Dr. Cardwell in Cedar Park, I think Dr. Austin will be a good fit for us as well.  I look forward to Dr. Austin getting to know our family and watching Kylan grow.

Kylan got his 2 month shots today and was a trooper with the vaccines.  He just did not like lying on their table for whatever reason; HA! As soon as she poked him he was like "whoooa, no one warned me about this" and stopped crying!  He went to sleep when we put him in the stroller and slept all the way home.

Today Kylan weighed 12.4 pounds (54th percentile) with a total gain of 4 pounds since he was born and he measured 23.5 inches (66th percentile) with a total growth of 3.75 inches.

Dr. Austin was impressed with his growth, feeding, and sleeping patterns.  The heart murmur that has previously been present was not heard today.

Looks like our baby boy is continuing to grow and remain healthy; PRAISE THE LORD!
