Month 7

How can it be that our precious baby boy is 7 months old today?  I just can't believe it!  Time goes by so fast and although I am blessed to be able to spend so much time at home with him I still feel like it's just not enough!  With every month that goes by I think to myself "Oh this is my favorite month with him!"...but then the next month comes and I think the same thing or I think back to the previous months and how wonderful those were!  I just love Kylan so much and with each day that passes I love him more and more and I'm still trying to figure out just how that is possible!

A few updates...
-  Kylan takes 7 oz per feeding 4 times a day.
-  He eats stage 1 baby food after his morning bottle and so far has enjoyed the following (in no particular order besides alphabetically because well, yea I'm OCD): apples, bananas, carrots, green beans, oatmeal, peaches, rice cereal, & sweet potatoes.  He LOVES it all but I think his favorites are peaches and sweet potatoes.
- Kylan still sleeps all night and due to the time change usually goes to bed around 7:30/8:00 and wakes up around 6:00ish but babbles and plays in his bed until I rise and shine about 30 minutes later.  ;)
-  The time change has me confused on his naps but he usually takes 3 naps a day with lots of play time in between!
- Kylan can sit up now and is ALMOST crawling.  He army crawls as I like to call it and the things that motivate him the most are Callie dog and anything he's NOT supposed to play with; HA!
- We love playing in his room and do that more now than the living room...more open floor space with wall to wall carpet; YAY!
- He still LOVES to jump and would do so all day if you let him!
- Kylan loves the water.  He loves to listen and watch as you rinse off dishes in the sink, wash your hands, or turn the water on in the bathtub.
- He kicks and splashes in the bathtub and has come to love his rubber duck!
- Kylan loves to play in the mirror and will laugh and smile as long as you will let him!
- He has also come to love taking pictures with your phone, as long as he can see himself on the phone.  He grins from ear to ear; so cute!
- Kylan is definitely ticklish and anticipates it once you start the tickle game.
- He just started reaching for Chad and I as we go to pick him up, etc.  SO SWEET!

I love my Bubba Love so much and I could probably go on and on about all the different things that he can do but you get the picture...he's pretty fabulous!
