Still Waiting...

Yes we have moved and have completely settled into the house...which we love so much! However, we still don't have our internet hooked up OR our dryer! What an inconvenience.
Dish finally came out Thursday night at 8:30....and they did not leave until 9:45 P.M.(YEA...they were supposed to be there Monday morning)! I was one unhappy woman laying in bed while they were working in our bedroom...oh well, now we can watch t.v.!
The hookup in the house for the dryer is gas...and our dryer is electric! "Mike" came to look at it last week and said he would be back on Saturday around noon to get it 're-wired' for us. ...That was also a no show! ...Still waiting, and haven't heard from him, so I'm sitting at Ricky's doing my laundry and catching up 'on the internet world'.
A lady is going to start cleaning the house for us (wood floors are so difficult to keep up!)...and she should start this Wednesday...we'll see! =) I'm super excited about the possibility of not having to clean everything every weekend!
Our internet should be connected on Thursday...again, I'm not going to hold my breath!
So...this is it for now.
We are really enjoying the house and our new landlords...they're great! She even brought us a jar (we can't tell if its honey or jelly) and a sweet note...how thoughtful!
The house is absolutely unique (wood floors, vaulted wood ceilings, huge kitchen with an open layout to the dinning room and living room...and a gorgeous wrap around porch)! We are so blessed!
