Texas/Mexico Border

This is the "wall" that they are building along PART OF the Texas/Mexico Border. It starts and stops in specific places, I'm assuming to filter the "crossings" to a specific area. The "wall" does not cover the Rio along where we live...they haven't made it this far and are no longer visibly working on it. Not sure if it's complete...or what.
