On Friday my school,
Elfida P. Chavez Elementary, hosted it's own "Moose Games" to raise money to support our Special Olympic athletes. The teams consisted of STAFF (teachers & administrators) vs SPED (special ed teachers, resource teachers, speech therapists, physical therapists...etc). I'm proud to say that not only did our SPED team do well...but I made my free throw NOTHING BUT NET!!!! OH YEA! The "Moose Games" consisted of: tug of war, sack race, ball in spoon race, sprint (forward & backwards) race, potato between your knees race, three legged race, hula hoop stand off, and free throw shoot out!
We also had our own pre Super Bowl tail gating cook out during lunch.
...ENJOY THE PICS!

Beginning the tailgating extravaganza!

Part of our SPED team: Richie, Del Val, Gutierrez, Macias, Ontiveros, & West!

AWESOME girl! Basketball was never something I was good at. Soccer, running, weight lifting things of that nature. So glad you had fun.
