Christmas - Home Sweet Home

Chad & I always travel home during Christmas so we usually open our gifts before we make the road trip...however, this year we didn't for 2 reasons: 1) my camera broke (can't have Christmas without a camera, not to worry though I bought one immediately and had it shipped to my mom's so it would be there when we arrived) & 2) it just didn't feel like Christmas yet! It was so hard not to open our presents before we left because....well, that's just what we normally do; SO we took our stockings with us and opened them Christmas morning (see here). It was special and might become something we do each year no matter where we are! We arrived back home, in Lago Vista, on Sunday which is when we did our gift exchanging. Fun times with the hubs! He is so special to me and I am very blessed to have someone who loves me so much, is so thoughtful, and desires to follow God's lead.
