Curb Appeal

...We've finally got it!
Chad & I couldn't be more proud of our hard work...
I love staring at our yard as I drive by and as I pull in and out of the driveway every morning and evening to and from work.
The transformation that has taken place in the front yard alone I feel has added thousands of dollars to the value of our house....Chad is thinking "FOR SALE"...HA, how dare he!!!!!
So what have we done you might ask?!?!? Well, we have:
- Ripped up ugly bushes/shrubs along front of house
-Trimmed cedar trees
- Removed a huge cedar tree (& stump) that was completely blocking the view of one side of our house
- Leveled the yard and brought in fresh dirt
- Had boulders dug up and placed in flower beds
- Designed a flower bed along the whole front of the house
- Had a sprinkler system installed
- Planted flowers
- Layed flagstone
- Layed grass (yes, 4 pallets in one day...just Chad & I)
- Painted front door
- Installed new front porch light
- Decorated front porch
