Signed Contract

We have a contract on our house!!!!!! After (secretly) getting so excited last week with our first offer, the prospective buyers backed out before we could even try to work with them. We knew God would provide, he always does. 

We received an offer yesterday and we have a signed contract today with buyers who obviously want our house! PRAYERS...PRAYERS...PRAYERS that everything from here on out goes fast and smooth! It's not over til the key is in their hands.

Trusting in HIM and praying the next few days fly by (while we wait on the update of the house inspection).
