Valentine's Day was so special this year! Chad and I greeted Kylan with his card from Nana & Pepe when he woke up and FaceTimed them so they could see him open his card in his crib first thing. Kylan is always SO happy in the morning but even more so when he's greeted with gifts! After our time celebrating with them via the iPhone (thanks technology!), we opened our gifts and enjoyed breakfast from the local donut shop. The rest of our Valentine's Day consisted of spending the day in Tyler eating at one of our favorite restaurants as a family and doing a little browsing at some of our favorite stores. K.K. stopped by to give Kylan his Valentine's gift when we got home and stayed for a short visit. Chad and I were so stuffed from our lunch that we didn't cook our Valentine's dinner later that night like we had planned. We had sandwiches and ended the night by popping open a new bottle of wine. It was a wonderful day w/ the 2 loves of my life! To some, my life may be simple...but to me, my life with the hubs and bubs is PERFECT! I wouldn't have it any other way.
