Generation 2000

Yesterday, I enjoyed spending time with new friends!
...Generation 2000 is something that is held each year at the Convention Center in El Paso. "Kids are what it's all about! This is a 2-day event that encourages children and parents to work together in over 100 specialty events, booths, games and interactive displays that are aimed at entertaining and educating children of all ages. This Year's Generation 2000 promises to be the biggest and best with a multitude of fun activities for the entire family. A portion of the proceeds will benefit the Child Crisis Center of El Paso."...Taken from EventsElPaso.com
It was a great atmosphere and I thoroughly enjoyed spending some time there with Lisa, Sydney, Ryan, & Alex! Our district, Game Wardens, set up a booth each year along with the OGT Trailer (Operation Game Thief). I missed out last year, but I didn't let it slip me by this year!
Chad & 3 other wardens worked their shift yesterday afternoon; Lisa and her kiddos drove in and I enjoyed spending the day with them while our men worked. It was great to see them interacting with the kids at Generation 2000 and I know Chad really enjoys doing things like that.
Us girls and the boys (Ryan & Alex) skipped out early and headed to the mall! We spent all afternoon there and missed out on the 2 stops they really needed to make; ha...oops! But, Lisa & I both found a watch that we wanted to buy so bad...however, we didn't due to the expensive price.

Isn't it soooo pretty!!!!!
After our shopping extravaganza we enjoyed dinner at Fortis Mexican Restaurant with our husbands & Dustin, Hartley, & Drake.
It was great to spend some time out and get to know new friends.
THANK GOD for people who are true and real!
& I still can't stop thinking about that watch!!!!!!!
...ENJOY THE PICS!

The boys at the OGT trailer!

Chad is so good with kids! (while he works!...just don't ask him to change diapers or let him see your kid throw up...hahahahaha!)
