Sick & Tired of being Sick & Tired...

Well...it's been 'somewhat' of a restful weekend.
Friday night Chad & I went down the 'road' to the Sierra Blanca Homecoming Game. They were playing Dell City and Sierra Blanca won 96-48! Yes, this is FOOTBALL score not basketball! It's crazy! Their half time performance was a band who literally 'rolled' onto the football field...via an 18 wheeler! OMG...hillarious! Go figure...the one time I don't have my camera! Mrs. Powell took some pictures and she should be emailing me soon! =) Back home you can't even ride a 4-wheerler on the field...much less an 18 wheeler!!!! ***W-O-W***
We left after the grand half time performance because we were freezing!!!!
Saturday was full of nothing...a little cleaning (not much), cooking, and I'm not sure what else....where did the 24 hours go?!?!
Last night around 9 p.m. there was a knock on our front door....which does NOT happen...ever! I started freaking out cause I had just finished taking my bath and Chad was already in the shower. I went to the door like a part of the talliban (towel on my head) and too my relief it was Barb (the Warden of the prison...who is our neighbor). She asked if she could keep Callie for the night. I was so shocked I didn't know what to say. I guess Callie has been a good girl when we've been out of town and she had to stay with Barb. So...we parted from our daughter and let Barb keep her so that we could TRY to get a good nights rest!
Then....ring...Ring...RING...RING!!!!! 1:15 a.m. and Chad's state phone was ringing. Oh my goodness...what could it be now?!?! It was Ricky and before I knew it Chad was 'suited' up! They had a call about someone spotlighting. Next thing I knew it was a little after 5:00 and Chad was just getting home. They went all the way to the Guadalupe Mountains in Culberson County and it ended up they were doing a 'deer count' which really made Chad & Ricky...uh...NOT HAPPY. Most landowners call to inform them, and well this one didn't.
So today we've been catching up on our sleep (STILL), watching football...and really just being lazy.
Chad left to work a few hours ago and should be home sometime after dark.
I get so bored of being bored...but I'm too tired to do anything...have a cure for that?!?!
