Things are different now that Chad is (has been for a little over 3 years now) a Game Warden and I work in home health.
Holiday weekends = lots of working for him & usually solo time for me.
Since I am out of the schools and working for a pediatric home health company I am able to make my own schedule; to some working tomorrow and Monday (on the 4th) seems crazy, but it's what I choose to do since the hubs will be busy attempting to control the crazies.
So enjoy your long weekend, if you have one, and please remember to be safe!
Also think about your local, state, and federal law enforcement officers who spend these days (and many others) working to protect and serve while your family is out having fun.
