Let's Celebrate

I'm happy to say that I'm a year older than I was just 2 days ago! Yes...I don't mind getting older and growing up because that means more great things are just around the corner! I have a POSITIVE outlook for 2011 and the year of 27, I'm determined will be one of the best yet! Thanks to all who made this day super special with cards, phone calls, text messages, FB posts...etc! I was completely overwhelmed with the "ding" of my phone all day Saturday; I am truly blessed with thoughtful people in my life!
Chad & I celebrated hard core Friday night with dinner and drinks @ Morelia Grill followed by more drinks and live music @ Deli Works. Saturday was more laid back with 9 holes on the golf course followed by dinner @ Texas Land & Cattle then my cake (brownies) made by Chad & a movie at the house; yum...it was truly a great weekend!
I received lots of gift cards to Khols & Target for buying stuff for our new house, money to have some sentimental furniture pieces restored, a new watch and bracelet, and 2 pairs of work gloves (that I'm actually really excited about)!
27...I'm so ready for you and I can't wait to see what you have in store for me!
