I am so frustrated with PetSmart!
Let me begin...
I have always taken my dogs to PetSmart for grooming. They always take FOREVER, which I don't like but have always dealt with.
Callie needs a haircut and bath so I called a PetSmart in Cedar Park last week to make an appointment for her. Her first appointment was scheduled for Wednesday but I had to cancel it due to Patrick's surprise visit. I rescheduled for Friday but I had to cancel it due to April & Presley's surprise visit. I rescheduled again for today @ 2:30.
I drove to Cedar Park and went in PetSmart and they said they did not have her down for an appointment...OOPS, MY BAD, I drove to the wrong PetSmart. No problem, I got in my car and decided to call the other PetSmart to let them know that I was on my way but that I would be late, the groomer informed me that she did "not have time", that "I was already 15 minutes late", and that "she had called a dog that was on the waiting list". ...ARE YOU SERIOUS?!?!?
So, I drove 20 minutes to the wrong store and am punished and now you won't take my dog?!?! Do I want to reschedule? OH NO! Will I ever buy dog food, leashes, collars...etc from you again? OH NO!

...So do you have any recommendations of a grooming salon in the Cedar Park area, because we'll...I'm looking!
