As you all know I went to the doctor on Tuesday for my Occipital Neuralgia, Dr. Gupta gave me my second shot in the back of my head to act as a nerve block. I could tell that the shot was lower than the first and I definitely felt different symptoms immediately after the shot which only seemed to have an hour or so effect. However, I am still in pain. My shoulders and neck seem extra tight, even more so than normal, and I have an extreme amount of pressure in my head. ...That's the best way I can describe the pain, overall pressure in my entire head. It doesn't feel like the normal Occipital Neuralgia pain; could it be my pituitary gland? It also feels like I have icy hot on the lower back portion of my head, it's just a heat sensation but is not hot to the touch and it doesn't appear irritated. This is so strange and completely not enjoyable. I don't know what to do. I'm not comfortable, I don't feel well, and I'm tired of complaining!
Dear God...please help!
