Occipital Neuralgia

After 3 days of intense pain I am so glad that I called Dr. Gupta last week to schedule an appointment, and I feel even more blessed that I called this morning, after a VERY ROUGH night, and was able to move my appointment from tomorrow @ 2, to today @ 1! PRAISE THE LORD!
Now I know this is going to sound crazy, but my prayer is that the pain sticks around for my appointment today so that I can in detail explain and locate my pain for Dr. Gupta.
I am N-E-R-V-O-U-S about another injection, even though the first went well and did relieve my pain for good for at least 5 weeks; the thought of having a needle in the back of my head just doesn't give me happy thoughts.
So, please say a prayer for me and if Dr. Gupta does suggest another injection, I will be out of service for a few days. (but will surely be able to post blogs from my lying position on the sofa) =)
I better go wash my hair now before the shampoo and water think I've deserted them (I can't wash my hair for a few days after the injections).
